Hello lovely ladies and gents!
Back after a few weeks of major event planning with my PR firm! Got a big event coming up at The Hollywood Tower, An Afternoon of Fashion. We've brought in even bigger and better designers and artisans than last time! Woohoo! So if you're around, The Hollywood Tower, this Sunday, 12-4pm. I'll be the one running around crazy!
Anyway, wanted to reach out and write out my budget friendly to-do list for March (as inspired by Matchbook Mag). May not be very interesting, but wanted to publicly write it so to keep myself accountable! As I have talked about in past blog posts, I'm trying this whole thing called living on a budget so not to get my head in a frenzy and to be extra smart so I can pay for things in the future! A time will come when I don't have to be so frugal, but for now, its good to embrace it! Hope this inspires you as well. :)
1. Finish my friend's copy of Anne of Green Gables
2. Find a new pair of flats for under $20 that are both comfy and adorable
3. Drink yummy tea for dessert
4. Spend off time at LA art galleries on their free days sketching and journaling
5. Ride my bike to Jones on Third for breakfast once a week
6. Wear more navy and pink
7. Watch less Gossip Girl and read more Fitzgerald
8. Work out at least 4-5 times a week
9. Do my own pedicures
10. Get a haircut at the local beauty school
11. Eat more power foods
12. Scope out local thrift stores for a record player
Remember, you can live the life you've always dreamed! And think, Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's had no money and she still looked fabulous. So can you!
